Common Alloys For Aluminum Square Tube

Aluminum Square Tube 6061: It is one of the most popular alloys of aluminum square tubes. It has high strength and hardness after the heat treatment process.
Aluminum Square Tube 6063: 6063 square tube is commonly used for architecture. It is also ofter applied for extrusion manufacturing. The 6063 aluminum square tube has a lower strength and hardness, but it has a better finish after extrusion when compared with the 6061.
Aluminum Square Tube 5083: 5083 has moderate strength, good corrosion resistance and weldability. making it suitable for marine applications.
