Chinese steel exports continue to fall in H1

It is reported that China’s steel exports are expected to drop further for 2017. According to the China Iron and Steel Association statistics showed that China’s steel exports totaled about 40.9939 million tons, fell by 28.24% compared with 16.1293 million tons the same period of last year. During January-June of this year, China’s crude steel exports totaled about 35.46 million tons, fell by 32.29% compared with 6.91 million tons in the same period of last year.
