Our metal extrusion process

The customer submits a quote request for their specific part type or number. We provide a quote within 72 hours. The customer submits a CAD drawing along with a purchase order, as we don’t have an in-house design team. Using the CAD drawing, we assess appropriate tolerances, check for manufacturability, and offer improvement suggestions if needed. Once the production plan is finalized, we sign the purchase order and start production.
