Introduction
Color-coated Printed Steel Coil Definition:
Color-coated printed steel coil, also called printed coil, is prepared by being coated with a layer of paint and baked pattern is printed out using the gravure technologies ,then a layer of clear lacquer is coated and after being baked again, color-coated printed steel coil is obtained.
Patterns: Patterns are typical wood texture (as shown in the figure). Special requirements from customers may be met via negotiation and research otherwise.
INK OR PAINTING OIL? THE PRICE IS DIFFERENT
INK IS MORE EXPENSIVE. MOST CLIENTS WILL CHOOSE INK.
Application:
Mainly applied to decoration for interior and exterior walls and indoor items.

Metal embossed color-coated steel coil is the product prepared via being color-coated and applied to produce embossed patterns on color-coated steel coil.
Application: Metal embossed color-coated steel coil is extensively applied as indoor decoration panels because of its good stereoscopic impression.
Provided specification:
Metal embossed color-coated steel coil is not limited by coating types. But the substrate thickness is normally no more than 0.60mm as it may make the metal hard to deform.
