Production Quality Problem

Jianglin Steel is guaranteed for quality problem, and provide client with worry free solution. From production process to quality control, our QC will be fully responsible for removing this problem.

1.Galvanized Coil Problem

For galvanized coil, the most common problem is the RUST.

The problem pictures are as followed:

The reason leading to this problem is mainly due to two aspects.

1. ZINC COATING. If the zinc coating is low and the humidity of container or environment will rust all the surface.
2. PACKING. Without cooling down will result with steam water into the coil, after several layer of package which will make this situation worse.

2. Galvanized Corrugation Problem

The problem pictures are as followed:

After corrugation, the zinc coating will come out, the reason to this problem is mainly due to the corrugation machine and the zinc coating process has some problem.

3. GI Pipe Rust Problem

The problem pictures are as followed:

This kind of rust is mainly due to the zinc coating is too low, Chinese lower cost zinc coating cannot resist any corrosion environment.

4. Galvanized Strip Edge Problem

The problem pictures are as followed:

Galvanized strip for tubing, after slitting, the edge will be exposed to air, therefore, rust is is normally produced, normally we will paint a thin layer of silver paint to cover the exposed edge to get rid of the rust.
