DONGIt’s reported that on December 4th, 2019, the US Department of Commerce (USDOC) announced an affirmative final ruling on carbon and alloy steel threaded rods imported from Taiwan.
The dumping rate for Taiwanese manufacturers/exporters was 32.26%.
The US International Trade Commission (USITC) was expected to make a final ruling on anti-dumping industry damages on products imported from Taiwan on January 17th, 2020.
The involved products under the US Harmonized Tariff codes are 7318.15.5051, 7318.15.5056, and 7318.15.5090 and some products under codes 7318.15.2095 and 7318.19.0000
